Reservation Form and Rental Agreement

2012 Rates: For 1 to 6 people

1st rate change since 2007

      April 1 - Labor Day 

$250 per day  3 Day Minimum  (7th Day Free)  $1500 for a week plus 4% Tax

June July and August rentals are for full weeks only Saturday to Saturday.

January 1 to March 31 and Labor Day to December 31

$210 per day  3 Day Minimum  (7th Day Free)  $1260 for a week plus 4% Tax

 (Each extra person $15  per day)  MAXIMUM IS 10 PEOPLE

Pets $100.00 each per stay upon approval

We reserve the right to ask for a security deposit.

Marshall County and Kentucky have a 4 % tourism Tax will be added to each stay
