Keys
ü
Key information will be mailed two weeks before your stay.
ü Please leave doors locked as you found them.
ü
There are two extra sets of keys in the drawer just inside the
carport door.
ü
Please return keys as you found them at the end of your stay.
Phone Calls
ü All phone calls except local calls need to be made with a credit or calling card.
ü Our local exchanges include 354, 437, and 527. Our local is 270-354-8936.
Heating /Air Conditioners
ü
Upstairs Air Conditioners and Baseboard Heating are
individually controlled.
ü
Please turn off all air conditioning at end of your stay.
ü
In heating months (November to March) please leave thermostat
set on 50 when you leave.
ü
Please turn off all lights, fans, water, stove, heaters and air
conditioners at the end of your stay.
Waste Handling
ü Please put all garbage in bags and tie closed.
ü Place in receptacles at roadway.
ü Our garbage collectors will not accept any garbage outside of bags.
ü Extra bags are in kitchen cabinet above the washer/dryer.
ü Garbage Pick up is Saturday.
Linens
All linens supplied including towels. You should bring personal soap and extra beach towels.
Leave the beds unmade at end of your stay so the cleaning people know which bed linens to wash.
Please only use needed beds to save on our cleaning bills.
Check in/out
ü Check in after 3PM and Check out 10AM.
ü Please respect these hours so our cleaning people can have our home ready for our next guests.
ü Please leave the basement and dock clean as you found them. Our cleaning people are not responsible for these areas.
Safety
ü Safety is important at Tall Oaks Bay.
ü No smoking in the house. Please !
ü Please supervise children closely. We want your stay with us to be an enjoyable and safe one.
